Terms & Conditions Our fee structure is as follows:
- International Recruitment - 20% of the annual Cost to Company (CTC)
(CTC includes: salary, perks, and all costs included in making up the candidate's package) e.g. cell phones, travel/car allowance, medical, pension schemes etc. Fee payments are due within:
- 30 days from date of commencement for all other placements
If another recruitment company submits the same candidate, then the company whose CV was received first shall be considered to be the company who introduced the candidate. Should the candidate take up employment with the client anytime within 12 months of first being introduced by us, then the full fee will be due and payable. CPP will do all reference checks and the client agrees NOT to phone the candidate's current employer to prevent embarrassment and loss of business. GUARANTEE:
- · A three month guarantee period exists, should the candidate abscond, resign or their employment be lawfully terminated in that time.
- · The guarantee shall consist of a full candidate replacement if the candidate leaves within 60 days. If the candidate leaves within 90 days, then a cash refund of 25% of the placement fee will be payable.
- · The guarantee is only valid if the fee has been received within 7 days of the candidate’s starting date and if the candidate’s dismissal was lawful.
